the Shaleighleigh

For St. Padraig's day --

1 oz Lemon Lime soda
1.5 oz Amaretto
1.5 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey
1 splash of Grenadine

Mix Amaretto and Bushmill's over ice, add Lemon-Lime soda and a dash of grenadine, shake, strain into glass. Makes a big shot that tastes like candy, begob, but hits like a Velvet Hammer.
¡Salud!

(and to...JFK in memorium, who signed Executive Order No. 10988, which "gave impetus to Collective Bargaining for Public Employees." Shouldn't that order--whether one would have agreed to it or not, initially (Harry Truman and his people didn't)--  hold precedence? Or was only for Fed employees? Some unionists have cited it, but it seems remarkable that Walker/WI-GOP can more or less revoke Fed. law, which grants CB rights to public employees. Attorney we are not, but it would be a bit strange to say..public employees such as teachers have C.B. rights, but..only Fed ones.  Furthermore, can any state politician vote to alter an existing pension agreement, retroactively?--ergo the retirement fund of a Madison schoolteacher, Miss Shaleighleigh no longer holds-- F**k no. Sedition 101).
